MTV Video Music Awards 2016- Os Nomeados

Já são conhecidos os nomeados da 33ª edição dos MTV Video Music Awards. E há supremacia feminina na contagem geral. Beyoncé lidera a corrida aos prémios com um recorde pessoal de 11 nomeações espalhados por "Formation", "Sorry", "Hold Up" e "Freedom". Não muito atrás surge a titã Adele com 8 menções, sete delas conseguidas com o vídeo de "Hello".

Drake, o homem do momento, conquista 6 nomeações, todas graças a "Hotline Bling" (é de salientar que "One Dance" não conta ainda com qualquer vídeo), enquanto Ariana Grande colecciona cinco e Rihanna quatro. Mais comedido nas estatuetas que pode levar para casa ficou Justin Bieber, uma das grandes forças dos últimos doze meses, que concorre apenas a três moonmans.

A edição de 2016 dos VMAs acontece a 28 de Agosto no Madison Square Garden, em Nova Iorque. Por conhecer ficam ainda o apresentador da cerimónia e os performers.
